1. Admission & Fee Transparency Policy

DPRC Excellence Academy follows a strict zero-hidden-cost policy. All course fees are communicated in writing to students and parents prior to enrolment.

  • Inclusive Course Packages: Stated tuition fees cover physical printed study modules, classroom lectures, daily 1-on-1 doubt clinics, weekly mock tests, and full 24/7 access to the DPRC digital app portal.
  • Installment Options: Families may choose from interest-free 2 or 3 installment milestones distributed across the academic term.
  • No Arbitrary Hikes: Enrolled students remain on their locked fee schedule for the entire duration of their cohort course without mid-session increases.

2. Student Code of Conduct & Academic Discipline

To maintain a focused, high-rigor learning environment at our Barama campus, all enrolled students must adhere to the following standards:

  • Attendance & Punctuality: Students must maintain a minimum 85% attendance record. Late arrivals disrupt classroom momentum and may require mentor approval before entering.
  • Device Discipline: Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode or in designated storage during lectures and tests. The DPRC digital app is intended for post-class revision and home study.
  • Mutual Respect & Inclusion: Zero tolerance for bullying, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior towards peers, faculty mentors, or support staff.
  • Campus Property: Students are expected to treat classroom furniture, audiovisual equipment, and library resources with care.

3. Student Privacy & Data Protection

We respect the privacy of our students and parent partners. The personal information collected during admission and app usage is handled with institutional confidentiality:

  • Communication Purpose: Contact details (phone numbers, WhatsApp handles) are strictly used for academic alerts, attendance notifications, test performance reports, and fee milestones.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: DPRC never sells, rents, or shares student phone numbers or personal records with third-party marketing agencies or loan companies.
  • Performance Media Consent: Photos or video testimonials from top rankers are published only with explicit written consent from the student and parent.

4. Withdrawal & Refund Policy

We believe students should attend DPRC out of genuine choice and academic benefit. Our withdrawal terms are fair and transparent:

  • Trial Period: Students who attend free demo sessions are under no obligation to enroll.
  • Early Withdrawal: If a student needs to relocate or discontinue within the first 14 calendar days of cohort commencement, the remaining tuition balance will be refunded pro-rata after deducting nominal admission processing and printed material costs.
  • Medical / Emergency Exemption: In verified cases of prolonged medical illness or family emergency, fee credits may be transferred to a subsequent cohort or family sibling.
